THE ROLE OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
We have access to the international research and development experience of the Group. Ambius services are fully tried and tested by our very own specialists who play a key role in the technological advances within the industry. In addition to conducting original research to protect and improve the environment in which people live and work, technical support is extended to our Ambius businesses worldwide. Ambius operates around the world. We have an unrivalled pool of technical knowledge and experience. In liaison with technical staff in each country, excellent service and technical practices are identified and communicated throughout the company. This is achieved by conducting technical audits, through international meetings and publication of technical information throughout the business.
We also make full use of IT resources and our internal international technical forum is an extremely effective way of spreading best practice and solving technical issues quickly.
MAINTENANCE PROVIDED
Customer Satisfaction is the primary goal of the Ambius maintenance program.
PERSONNEL
Ambius staff are fully trained to high horticultural standards, ensuring consistent quality displays for their customers. Trained to meet security requirements and to provide friendly, non-disruptive service, Ambius staff offer a professional service.
Client’s security requirements are assured by the Ambius employees who drive branded vehicles and are readily identified by their distinctive Company uniform.
TECHNICAL
Ambius has a regular servicing program tailored to meet the specific environmental needs of the location.
Regular service covers the continual assessment of the plants condition, dusting and cleaning of foliage, watering, fertilisation, pest and disease control, plant hygiene and plants replacement where necessary.
QUALITY CONTROL
All Ambius sites have a “Service Report System? (tailor made to suit each clients needs) which contains specification and location details of the plants, COSHH Reports, Risk Assessments, Quality Audits and Service Reports. These contain a technical report of each service, recommendations for future work and comments and requests from the client to ensure clear communication between both parties.
Trained Ambius technicians maintain the interior plantscapes at the client’s premises.
Supervisors undertake regular audits of all displays – both new and established - and provide ongoing training on-site for technicians
Additional visits are made by Ambius Supervisory and Managerial staff to provide a quality service and maintain good client relationship.
The Technical and Quality Assurance department coordinate the quality control in the division and also does quality assurance audit reports.
