The Ambius training program encourages the view that all staff have an important role to play and that they can develop a career built on results from identifying and fulfilling customers needs efficiently.
All Ambius staff members are encouraged to make use of Ambius facilities to further education and personal development.
Training is organised in a non-disruptive manner to allow daily activities in support of our customers to be unhindered.
A training log is kept to ensure that training regulations are complied with.
Regular (quarterly) reviews are carried out by a National Technical and Quality Assurance Manager.
