After spending January and February in revised level 3, South Africa took some steps towards returning to normal during March when the lockdown was eased to level one.\u00a0 Cafes, restaurants and other hospitality businesses in South Africa were also given the go-ahead to stay open for longer as curfew and the restrictions on alcohol sales were eased. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Retailers and hospitality businesses still need to limit the number of customers they can allow into their premises at any given time. This may lead to queues forming outside premises, and plants can be used to indicate where queues should be formed, and where people should stand.\u00a0 Carefully positioned containers<\/a> can also provide a more welcoming, attractive and engaging way for customers to easily maintain safe social distancing not only while queuing, but also as they navigate walkways and through reception areas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
